The first time I met Caine West was in a bar.
He noticed me looking his way and mistakenly read my scowling as checking him out.
When he attempted to talk to me, I set him straight—telling him what I thought of his lying, cheating, egomaniacal ass.
You see, the gorgeous jerk had wined and dined my best friend–smooth talking her into his bed, all along failing to mention that he was married.
He deserved every bit of my tongue-lashing and more for what he’d done.
Especially when that lazy smile graced his perfect face in response to my rant.
Only it turned out, the man I’d just told off wasn’t the right guy.
Oops. My mistake.
Embarrassed, I slunk out without an apology.
I was never going to see the handsome stranger again anyway, right?
That’s what I thought…until I walked into class the next morning.
Well, hello Professor West, I’m your new teaching assistant.
I’ll be working under you…figuratively speaking.
Although the literal interpretation might not be such a bad thing—working under Professor West.
This was going to be interesting…

5 Freaking Awesome Stars!!
I don’t think I have enough words to describe how much I loved this book! This is without a doubt the best book of Vi Keeland’s yet! I honestly struggled to put this book down early hours in the morning so I could get some sleep!
From the moment I started the book, I knew I was going to love it.
Rachel Martin meets Cain West in a bar where she mistakes him to be the guy her best friend dated and then found out he was in fact married. After deeply embarrassing herself by having a pop at the wrong guy, she flees thinking she will never see him again anyway. Well Cain West turns out to be Professor West, and Rachel is his new TA. She’s heard a few rumours about Professor West supposedly being a hard arse, but Rachel has to find it in her not to imagine herself doing things with the Professor and his extremely hard ass.
As you can imagine, there is a lot of sexual tension between the two of them considering how they first met, plenty of banter between them as well, which I found myself laughing out loud to! I loved the dual POV you get in the book. I was hooked trying to work out a certain connection and loved how things turned out!
If like me you love a rom-com with plenty of heart, sizzling heat, swoon and laughs, this is definitely for you!
