The Cad and The Co-Ed by Penny Reid and LH Cosway is now LIVE – Blog Tour and Review

The Cad and The Co-Ed, a quirky and sexy romantic comedy from Penny Reid & L.H. Cosway is available now!!

Bryan Leech is a cad.

Or, he *was* a cad.

No one is quite certain.

Once the quintessential playboy, Bryan claims he’s done with wild parties and weekend benders. No more one night stands leading to mornings he can’t remember; no more binges and blackouts; no more exploits plastered all over the tabloids and rag sheets. According to Bryan, he’s cleaning up his act.

The only problem is, no one believes him.

Eilish Cassidy never thought she’d be a mother at nineteen or still in college at twenty-four. Cut off from every member of her family except her favorite cousin, she’s finally managed to put her life back together. Stronger and wiser, Eilish enters her last semester of university determined to stand on her own. Now she just needs to find an internship.

The only problem is, her best option—by far—places her directly in the path of her son’s father, and he doesn’t remember her at all.

Bryan is determined to prove he’s changed. Eager to settle down with the right woman, he’s got his sights set on the gorgeous redhead who seems terribly familiar.

Eilish is determined to hide her secret. She’ll do anything to keep her child safe, even if that means ignoring her own wishes and desires.

But what happens when Bryan starts to remember? And what will it take for Bryan to convince the girl he forgot that she’s unforgettable?

5 Stars.

Bryan Leech is the perfect man. On paper. He’s strong, hard working, “drool worthy” and has all the moves to get any girl he wants.

Eilish Cassidy has had Bryans poster on her wall from the age of 13, though she never believed he’d be interested in her. Until one day he was.

Brilliant, and happily ever after. Right?
Not quite…

I love both Penny and LH’s ability to create such flawed, clever and quirky characters and have us root for them so much.
They take issues, which often come across really angsty and resolve them using witt and humour.

Bryan and Eilish do not have an easy ride at all! With parents like theirs it’s a wonder how they’ve turned out as level headed as they are. His mother means well but has her own demons to live with and her parents are so concerned with image that nothing she has ever done is good enough for them, especially her mother! Thankfully she has her cousin Sean who is a big help!

I’m really enjoying this series. LH and Penny are the perfect partnership. I’ve really enjoyed all three books so far. Long may it continue.

Read this book. Seriously. In fact, read The Hooker and the Hermit, then The Player and The Pixie and then this. You won’t regret it. They’re such good reads. Any book that is going be sweet and funny get my vote and these books have that in abundance.

Loved it.
