He’s her patient. She’s his doctor. They shouldn’t. But God, do they want to.
Camden Harris, the famously hot, hulk of a footballer is laid up in a London hospital. But his busted knee doesn’t stop him from running his well-practiced game on Indie Porter—his redheaded spitfire of a doctor. She’s not his type, not even close. But she could be the perfect distraction from the soul-crushing damage this injury could cost him.
Indie’s tired of her naivety putting a target on her back. As a gifted child, she’s let her education take the front seat her whole life. But a fling with a footballer like Camden might be just what she needs to grab life by the balls.
And he could be the perfect guy for the plan she’s been sitting on for over two years.
But when feelings make a final play, there’s no amount of medicine that can heal the damage to their hearts.

Amy Daws you nailed it ! This book was funny, romantic and full of intense chemistry. I laughed, I got angry, I swooned and everything in between. I have been so excited for this book after our introduction to the Harris brothers in That One Moment and i was most certainly not disappointed. Amy has this way with words that has you living and breathing every part of the story, pulling you in, wrapping you up until the very last turn of the page.
Where do i start with Camden Harris?? Football player, ladies man, cocky and arrogant but my oh my he is smoking hot. An accident on the pitch lands him in A&E with a damaged knee where he meets Dr Indie Porter. Indie is young, naive but incredibly feisty. Her education has come first always and men and relationships especially have not been a priority.
The attraction between them is instant, something sparks between them but Cam is used to loving and leaving them and Indie doesn’t have time for a relationships and just wants to complete her “list”. This is the perfect scenario for them both, or is it? Cam is the first to realise that he wants more. He has never wanted more with anyone but can he convince Indie that he is worth the chance, worth risking her career. Underneath all his bravado and cockiness, there is a more vulnerable side to Cam. Football is his life, what is he without it? Does he really want it anymore? What he does know is he wants Indie!
This is a fab book. The story flowed with ease, the flirty banter and hilarious puns had me laughing out loud on more than one occasion and i absolutely loved the chemistry between Cam and Indie. It was sweet, it was intense and it was steaming hot. And then there are the rest of the Harris brothers ….. this little insight into Gareth, Tanner and Booker has left me waiting with baited breath for more
